Won't connect to streaming service
AnsweredI just activated an account with Calm Radio. BOS will not connect with my account either on the desktop BOS app or any smart device BOS app. However, I can open a browser page and log in successfully. Suggestions?

Select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot and restart your Bluesound Player... if you still have issues, select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may review your event log to help identify the authentication issue.
