NAD M10 Wired ethernet connection
AnsweredI have decided to connect my NAD via an ethernet cable to my router to improve sound quality but it is causing me problems with the app. I am using an iMac and iPad but the iMac doesn't want to work on the same wireless network as the one I set up on the NAD and trying to connect the iPad just doesn't work. When the iPad app suggests going to Settings and WiFi to select the player no player appears.

You do not need to set anything up if it is wired... all questions are answered at www.bluesound.com/setup.
If you are having problems and cannot see any players in your drawer, reboot your router wait 5 minutes then reboot your player and toggle Airplane mode on and off on your iPad. If problems persist after that, support@bluos.net and our Support Crew will provide 1 on 1 network troubleshooting specific to your environment.
