Cannot use middle navigation button on NAD amplifier to select BluOS option

I am usually able to access the BluOS Setup menu to reboot the BluOS module, reset the BluOS module, etc. using the navigation buttons on my NAD C388 amplifier. Since a recent BluOS upgrade though, I'm able to enter this BluOS Setup menu, but am unable to select any of the options by pressing the middle navigation button on my amplifier. Note that this middle navigation button works when I'm navigating other menus in the amplifier that aren't related to BluOS. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Is there a known workaround/fix? Thanks!
