Newest Bluos Node completely not working
AnsweredI bought the Bluos Node a few months ago. It was working very well and then a month ago it started cutting out while it was playing so frequently that it is now 100% not usable. I have tried every combination of reseting the Node, app and receiver. The problem persists when playing through the app, through Tidal and Spotify.
As recommended I went into the Bluos app help section to log the issue.
The Diagnostics page in the app is blank on my iPhone.
The send support request section of the app is also blank (attaching a picture). I wrote too soon, after waiting 20 minutes the send support page loaded. My home wifi is incredibly fast.
The app sees my Tidal account and the liscencing section is working.
I see some people have resolved the issue with a firmware roll back, and that Bluos has removed the page linking to the older version.
Worse than useless now since it actually takes time aware from listening when I try to see if I can get it work in vain time and again. There are times where it will work for a while 20-45 minutes and then goes back to constantly pausing after very short periods (from a fraction of a second to few seconds.)
Any suggestions?

Hi Dave
Your App is not communicating with your NODE. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your player and then toggle your phone in and out of Airplane Mode.

Bluesound players periodically (every 20 minutes) advertise themself, so if it works for 20 min and stop working, it's most likely you have a multicast issue. As Tony said, reboot your network and players.
