Soundbar+ no sound at all

Hello,
Yesterday i bought a soundbar+ and when i installed everything, i cant get any sound out of it.
When the HDMI is connected to the tv the tv speakers are of but no sound out of the soundbar.
when i connect the pulse flex with the sound bar i hear the sound out of the flex.
Everything i Am trying i cant get sound out of the bar.
it Connect the led is blue. I tryed the factory reset but no luck with that either.
is there something i can try to get sound out of the bar?

I have escalated your issue to our Support Crew for a closer look.

If your Soundbar can produce sound if you are trying one of the free "Music Services" (TuneIn or Radio Paradise), I would first check the audio output settings on the TV. PCM should work.
If that doesn't work, maybe a cable issue.0 -

It doesnt play annything not the optical hdmi Bluetooth or free radio services.
Its just on with the blue led en no sound at all.

Unplug your HDMI and/or optical, and then try one of the music services. If it's still mute, please make sure that the volume isn't turned all the way down.
Also check the volume limits in "Settings - Audio - Volume limits (dB)".0 -

This is how everything is displayed (its in dutch) stil no sound at all
even tested a iPod at the analog input.
YouTube by Bluetooth.
