Bug when changing volume, is this a known problem?
AnsweredIs this a known bug in the controller app for ipad/ios?
On NAD T758v3 I listen to my tv using HDMI ARC @ -30 db. I switch off my NAD in the evenings by remote control.
Next morning I start a preset radio station saved to start at its stored previous volume of -45db. The volume will start @ -45 db However when I lower the volume by slider or +/- buttons, the volume of the radio station is not remembered but the higher volume of the tv from the evening befor used. The result is that the music is playing at the very loud volume of the tv of the previous evening.
The volume slider is, as far as I can determine, set to the volume of the tv even when I start the radio station on a much lower volume.
this sounds like a quick fix

For wat it’s worth. I noticed that when I start the radio preset in the morning the volume can be changed by remote control without it becoming too loud. It looks like the ios app remembers the high volume settings of the previous evening and that the lower volume of the radio preset is being send/received by the app an therefor when the volume is changed in the app, it sends the wrong volume to the amplifier.
amplier = T758v3, updated to lates firmware, bluos version 3.16.5
controlled via iPad (8th generation), ios 15.3.1, bluos controller 3.16.2
