Optical input suddenly stopped working after 1 day. New NODE

From LG Tv to NODE.  Worked great for about 8 hours, then unplugged everything to put it all in a new TV stand and now no sound from optical input. Plugged optical cable directly into another receiver and it works perfectly.  I heard the NODES are sensitive so replaced mini optical tip and still nothing.  Rebooted NODE and still doesn't work. Double checked all settings on TV and NODE and everything is good.  ANGRY!!   I'll try a new optical cable tomorrow, but this one works on everything else.

  Update- New Optical cable fixed it, weird!
