Can't find player on 2 android phones
AnsweredNew Internet Installation, bell fibe 4000 router. The bluesound node is at the latest firmware and was installed AFTER the new Internet Installation.
Works just fine with ios device, but I hate apple
Added the app to my android phone: Node was discovered and working OK, suddenly, stopped working as soon as I hit the "parameters" menu. No longer discoverable after.
Reseted the router and devices: No luck
Factory reset the node 3. Reinstalled. Was working until I tried adding the controller app to my wife's android phone (2nd phone). Same thing, as soon as I hit parameters, the node disapperas and is not found
Ios still works.
I tried splitting the wifi in two (Separate 2.4 and 5 bands) still not working.
I am VERY dissapointed....

Official comment
In the iOS Device, please select Help, Send Support Request so our Support Crew may see the log file. In the brief description, please mention the Bell Fibe router and that it is the 4000 (not the 3000) along with the make, model and OS version of the Android device. They will be happy to take it from there.

Already sent the logs yesterday through the app and never got any reply of any kind...

The problem seems to happen as soon as you start adding another device in the mix. It works fine for the first device.
Then, I installed on android, it worked through the "guided tour" and I could see the node in the players drawer, but as soon as you hit the "hamburger" menu and try to go to setting, the player is lost forever and is never found back.
I can reproduce on 2 different android devices. A Samsung galaxy A8 on android 10, and a Samsung S20FE Android 11
