Anyone else unable to download firmware?

I've tried many times unsuccessfully to request firmware download, but an email with a link never gets sent to any of the 3 different email addresses, all different domains and different computers.
Node 2i with very old firmware.  Love the unit, but the support is poor.  Tech support said check my spam email.  Doh!!  I am an IT professional and that was the first place to look. 
Can anyone send me a download link to the latest Node2i firmware?

  Hi Paul

  If your BluOS Player is not installing firmware via the App (Help, Check for Update), please try temporarily hard-wiring it directly to your router. If problems persist after that, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App.
