    It sounds like your TV Streamer is not transmitting DOLBY Atmos.

    Send all audio to the TV using the default settings of your TV Streamer to allow for DOLBY Atmos content. Connect the SOUNDBAR+ to the ARC setting of your TV. Do not connect the streamer directly to the SOUNDBAR+ and allow the TV to act as an Audio Return Channel Hub.

    If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS so we can verify the SOUNDBAR+ is receiving DOLBY Atmos.
