PULSE SOUNDBAR+ to Sony Bravia KD-55XE9005

Hello, please advise.
I have a Sony Bravia KD-55XE9005 TV connected via HDMI-arc to SOUNDBAR-PULSE plus, which is wirelessly connected to SUB + (from Bluesound)
I don't have the rear FLEXi2 involved yet, I'm waiting for the seller.
What settings should I choose on the SONY-TV output?
I'm trying PCM, but also others.
I read somewhere on the forum that after switching to the HDMI ARC input, I should see either in the BluOS application:
- Dolby Digital
- Dolby Atmos.
I watch movies from the KODI application.
No matter how hard I try, nothing like that has happened to me there yet.
Can this phenomenon also be affected by the fact that I do not yet have a FLEXi2 rear speaker connected?
Is there anything positive if I connect the back? Because so far I'm rather disappointed with what SOUNDBAR is able to show for 1000 € and sub for 800 €.
So I don't want to offend companies right away, but I don't hear, feel or perceive the space in Jurassic Park, for example.
I have a 15 year old cheap 5.1 speaker from Genius for about 150 € and I managed to fill it with surround sound that I don't understand what I actually gave 2500 € for?
thank you for advice.

It sounds like your TV Streamer is not transmitting DOLBY Atmos.
Send all audio to the TV using the default settings of your TV Streamer to allow for DOLBY Atmos content. Connect the SOUNDBAR+ to the ARC setting of your TV. Do not connect the streamer directly to the SOUNDBAR+ and allow the TV to act as an Audio Return Channel Hub.If problems persist, please select Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS so we can verify the SOUNDBAR+ is receiving DOLBY Atmos.
