    Hi Marc

    If you are speaking of the Music Service Radio.com - this is only available to consumers in The United States. BluOS Players do not support VPN usage.

    If you are speaking of all Radio Sources in General, your App is having a problem communicating with the player, likely due to a routing problem with your network router cache. Reboot your router, wait 5 minutes, reboot your Player and then put your phone in Airplane mode. Take your phone out of Airplane mode and try again. If problems persist after that, please e-mail support@bluesound.com
