    Hi Christian

    There should be no difference in audio output unless an error was made in creating the stereo pair. Please delete and recreate the Stereo Pair FIXED GROUP. If the problem persists please select Help, Send Support Request so we may review the Player event logs.

    Thanks a lot for the quick response. I did a reset and new grouping, but the effect persists. I just sent a support request.

    I've just paired a new Pulse Flex with a two year old one and can't get the left /right balance correct. The left /new speaker is much louder and somewhat brighter.
