    Power cycle you router, then the Vault. If this does not help try reseating the Ethernet cable at both ends (Vault and Router / switch)

    Powercycle the Vault, then I would log a support ticket with Bluesound.

    Worthwhile removing the power from the Vault for a good 5 minutes or longer whilst you wait for Bluesound to get back to you.
