No sound after upgrade to 3.16.5

Hi,

I turned on my 1 week old NAD M33 tonight to listen to some music.  The system informed me that a BluOS update was available, so asked it to update now.  The update went through as expected without issue, but but after rebooting I'm not getting any audio from the speakers.  I've tried the headphone socket and I can here sound okay.

Tried an external optical source, the meters dance as you would expect but still no sound.

Anyone else experienced a similar problem with 3.16.5 on NAD M33?

Can I downgrade to a previous BluOS release via USB?

What can I do I want the wonderful sound of the M33 back? :(
