Cannot backup pl;aylists

I am getting Error 256 when I try to backup my playlists. Tried various thumb drives.

 

 

Also, it would be nice to see the elapsed time on a track during playback

  Try reformating the stick on a Mac or Windows. Else, select Help, Send Support Request so we may take a closer look.

  The lack of elapsed time being shown is because your local WAV files are not encoded correctly. WAV is not a proper hi-fi format and a de jure standard (meaning no official standard). Why many have abandoned it for proper FLAC encoding.
