No Sound from New Bluesound Powernode
AnsweredI got the delivery of the Bluesound Powernode item today.Unfortunately, there seems to be issue with the amplifier. The issue is that I am not getting any sound on the speakers.I am getting a light on the amp, I can see all the controls, the Mobile app is also able to discover the Amp.
The unit has been properly setup (I have a bit of technical background, so I can confirm there wasn’t any issues with the setup).
I tried resetting the unit as well to factory and setting it up again.
The issue maybe down to specifically the amplifier component, which may not be outputting power to the speaker.
For more information, I am not hearing any faint sound either.
I though this might me down to the internet being choppy, So I tried various other sources like HDMI, Bluetooth, Airplay, and the inbuilt radio as well. Nothing works.
I have also confirmed that the speakers are in working condition so that can’t be it as well.

Basically hard to troubleshoot online, but try headphone output if that's working

Hello, did you get a response for this? My Powernode 2i is not outputting any sound. Headphones are ok though. I've tried a different amplifier with my speakers, and that's fine, so that's ruled-out any problem with cables or speakers. Possibly Powernode 2i amplifier component. I can raise a ticket, but worth seeing if I can do the same as yourself (if you found a solution) first...
