BluOS Controller for Windows 10 freezing on open

I've installed BluOS Cnotroller on a clients new Windows 10 Surface tablet and got it synced and working great with two Bluesound players perfectly.

After closing the program once every time I open I get a black window and the application is totally unresponsive and requires to be shutdown via task manager.
This has continued after multiple installs of the all from the same installer downloaded from the website.

Any ideas on how to proceed in these circumstances?

  Try deleting the cache:
  C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\BluOS Controller\Cache
  You could also delete: C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\BluOS Controller\localStorage.json

  If that don't work, uninstall the controller and delete the entire folder before installing again.
  C:\Users\your_user_name\AppData\Roaming\BluOS Controller

  I am having the same issue.  I followed the recomendation above and still having the same problem.  Have been using BluOS Controller for years and this comes out of the blue.

  I'm having the same problem, Tried above and did not work.  Deleted complete program, restarted computer and downloaded program. worked but after about an hour lost connection. I do see it on my android phone.
