Ensure your Android phone will allow for local network communication using the BluOS App. Also, check your router to ensure it supports multicast traffic or if IGMP Proxy is enabled. If it is enabled, try disabling it. Our support Crew can help you troubleshoot further at support@bluesound.com

I can access the player through the http: interface and it is definitely on the same network as my phone.

I can play using Tidal Connect (although it seems I can not control the volume).

I have the same issue. Very frustrating. I can connect spotify and tidal connect directly to the Blusesound player but the Blusound app frequently fails to find the player. If I uninstall the app it on my phone (Samsung S10) then reinstall it works but this is a temporary fix. My Blusound has a wired connection to the router.

    HI Kenneth

Your Home Router may be blocking traffic. Please reboot it, wait 5 minutes, then reboot your player. If problems persist or return, please e-mail support@bluesound.com and let them know the make and model of your router. If your router came with your Internet package, please let them know your Internet Service Provider's name.
