Optical input flap/door is broken
AnsweredHi, I have a N100 unit and the Optical input flap/door is broken. It works but the cable does not hold. Looks like the flap is broken. Is there a way to fix this?

Your Original Gen1 NODE is out of warranty so will require repair. In the US and Canada, drop us a note at support@bluesound.com and we can fill you in on options available to you.
In Sweden, Denmark or Norway please reach out to your nearest Hi-Fi Klubben location as each Hi-Fi Klubben is a Bluesound Service Centre.

Thats funny mine broke the other day when I was rearranging stuff but cable still stays in
