Backup Library and Playlist on the same Harddisk ?

Hi,

I am using an external HD on the Vault 2i for regularly backup my library. Now I wonder, if I can backup my playlists on the same drive or will this make trouble with the library backup ?

  Playlist backups require a different format on the drive to the backup the Vault creates. Just use a small capacity USB memory stick formatted to NTFS or FAT32.

  OK, thank you.

  Can I use therefore both USB-ports parallel. One with the HD for library and the other with the stick for the playlist or could I get trouble ?

  I would only use one at the time, backups are only needed after adding new CDs or making changes and very quick to swap as the Vault does not need to be powered down.
