Why is BluOS support so slow regarding Windows App
AnsweredI've had problems with the Windows app npt starting successfully. Tried support one time and never did resolve it. EVentually it started working again. Failed again a week ago and despite multiple contacts and tickets open I cannt get any response from BluOS support.
is it just me? Is there some magical incantation to get them to respond? DO they not support the Windows app? BTW this is ticket #256239
Windows 11 fully up to date and multiple attempts to reinstall the BluOS app. it tries to start and then hangs, no windows opens.
Any ideas how to get this team attention to address and obvious bug is appreciated.

Richard - uninstall the BluOS App for Windows and download version 3.16.1 released late this week

Having the same issue, different problem, but Customer Support is non-existent. Ticket assigned and then no response at all.
