    Hi Eric

Ensure your NODE N130 is on BluOS 3.16.3 in Help, About of the BluOS App and then try a different USB Cable. If problems persist, Help, Send Support Request in the BluOS App so our Support Crew can take a closer look.

It is that version. I wish I could show you a screenshot of the menu in the app because the settings described are not there. I will have order another cord before trying that. But what about the settings? There is no output setting etc.

I have exactly the same problem, there is nowhere to select an output, only "MQA external DAC". I have tried all of the above, searched all through the apps on both my MacBook Pro, and on my Samsung S21 (android). Any idea's?

I have a NODE 2021 N130 (just purchased) and the DAC is connected via USB, Coaxial works fine, I've tried disconnecting everything, and booting up with the USB cable already inserted, then booting up with no USB, and then inserting the USB. No luck. Also, there is still no way to select a DAC as an output. I followed the details in the post you mentioned, but there is no select output in Audio Settings.

I cycled through the inputs on my DAC and it suddenly started working. My DAC states mqa source and the Blue sound app says that it's connected to smsl external DAC. I'm not sure why it works now, but I'm not complaining (anymore). It seems like getting the devices to talk is obviously more complicated than connecting them with a cord. I recommend just playing around and maybe they'll start to talk.
