NAD T787, VM300 and BluOS module not working anymore

I have the above configuration and it used to work fine.
Suddenly it stopped working (some time already).
I cannot select the BlueOS/BlueSound input on my NAD anymore.
My iphone/ipad can see the BluOS module fine, it looks like it is working as all my other Bluesound gear, but since I cannot select the input on the T787 I have no sound which is not what I bought it for ;).
The BluOS module says in my app there is no firmware update. It's on 3.16.1
What is going on?
Is there help underway or some kind of workaround?

Power down your T-Series amplifier using the back panel switch - wait 5 minutes. Power it back up.
If the problem persists, please contact support@nadelectronics.com to locate e a service centre near you to see if the card is seated correctly.
