Cannot connect BlueOS and my account Idagio

I have tried several times to add strimming service IDAGIO to Blue OS connected Musical services list, but all times I just received the message. Authorization failed. IDAGIO: no successful authentication. I have a Premium+ account and my name and password are correct (I checked it twice in original IDAGIO app).
But when I go to IDAGIO through the free account version that offers by BlueOS it turns out that my account is ok. Unfortunately, I cannot listen the music in Lossless quality there. IDAGIO told me that my browser (Blue OS) is not supported this format, only 320 Kbit. When I leave the free app, the IDAGIO logo was not appeared in the connected Musical services list and I have to go thought the procedure again.
