ARC: Is a version 1.4 HDMI cable enough

Hi all,

I have a Powernode (N330) which I'd like to connect to ARC from my TV. Since the TV is 4K I have upgraded my HDMI cables. But the cable for ARC to the Powernode is only carrying sound, and since I have a ton of extra HDMI version 1.4 cables, is there any problem using one of them to connect my Powernode to the TV?

  Admittedly the environmentalist in me is not thrilled with what I am about to say but you will have to upgrade your cables to a minimum of HDMI 2.0 Premium Certified Cables.
