Please reach out to your sub-woofer manufacturer to see how to adjust the sensitivity of your sub-woofer from its current setting to high sensitivity.

Seems to be an issue with the KEF KC62 auto sense feature, lots of complaints in other forums that when the sub's volume is set very low it doesn't "wake up". The only workaround at this point is to increase the sub's volume level. Just do a Google search on "kef kc62 subwoofer auto on not working" and you'll see what I'm talking about. I would love to have one but that's the one thing preventing me from purchasing one at the moment.

You might try enabling the tone controls on your Powernode, this lowers the overall volume by 6db so you could then increase the sub's volume level hopefully to a point where the signal auto sense feature works correctly. Just a thought.

You can try an Y-subwoofer cable so you can connect both left and right on the sub. This worked for me on my Klipsch sub.

I connected the subwoofer to the high pass, now it turns on even when the music is not playing :) by itself)
