Missing Tidal playlists
AnsweredHi, I own a NAD C658 with BluOS. Since last week only 8 playlists appear in any BluOS controller app I (can) use. I've tried Android on Samsung A72, S8plus, Ipad, and Iphone, all the same. I've more then 20 playlists in Tidal itself.
What's happened
P.S. I've installed the app on a new phone on wich the app did not run before to check, same result.

Please check the TIDAL App and ensure these 20 playlists are there too. Then in the BluOS App, log out of TIDAL under Music Services, then select Help, Diagnostics, Reboot to restart your C658. Once restarted, please log back into TIDAL.
TIDAL had a major outage about a week and a half ago - this may have affected it. If problems persist after logging back in. Please select Help, Send Support Request in the App.
