Popping sound between tracks with different sample rates (NODE N130)
AnsweredAll other threads about this issue appear to be closed so I am bringing it up again here. I'm having the same issue as a number of other people in that my brand new NODE 2021 is emitting a pop whenever it has to switch to a new sample rate for the next song in a playlist.
This happens when playing hi-res content from Qobuz through Roon as well as through the BluOS app.
I am using the NODE strictly through it's analog outputs, so no external DAC involved. I have updated to the latest BluOS 3.16.2 and tried enabling and disabling Audio Clock Trim, all to no avail.
I was in touch with tech support but they told me talk to my dealer about the issue. As I see the issue come up a lot here, it doesn't seem to be related to my particular unit, so exchanging it at the dealer for another unit probably won't solve matters.
Can anyone report any progress in this matter? Is there a solution in the works? Trying to decide whether or not to return the unit before my 30 day return window closes..
