Node 2 - gets “needs setup”
AnsweredNode 2 no longer connects: I have 3 Node 2 boxes. One has stopped connecting after 3 years. I’ve done all the superficial things, boot, boot router 5 minutes. I did a usb install of latest firmware. I swapped out power supply and network card from one of my other working node 2’s. I don’t see any capacitors that look blown. Switched rj45 cable. Switched plug locations on network switch. Other internet devices on same network switch are working. No none of these corrected my connecting issue with the node 2.
Symptoms:
After inserting power cord and rg45 cable, the network lights will be flashing on the node 2 for like around 2 minutes. Green lights on my network switch also flash during this period. Then no network lights on node 2 or network switch. Top light on the node 2 is blue. I don’t see the unit connected on my iPad via BluOS App.
Did a factory reset per BS Support. Now I see the player in the app but it says “needs setup”.
