    Hi Scott

    Simple math;

    • 2 x 80 @ 8 ohms
    • 2 x 80 x 8 = 1280
    • 1280 / 6 = 213.33333 (let's call it 210 to 220)
    • 210 or 220 / 2 = About 105 to 110 W per channel at 6 Ohms

    Rest assured the Powernode will drive the MAs (and pretty much any other 6 ohm speakers) without any issures.

    Thanks for the replies and the requisite math! I purchased the Monitor Audio CP-WT240LCR speakers and they work excellent with the POWERNODE as expected.
