Did Firmware 3.16 Change NAD M10 Display Behaviour?
After the update, the screen on M10 would turn on for every new track, with "LCD Temporary Display" being "on".
In the past, the screen does not turn on automatically on new tracks already in the play queue.
How do I keep the screen off, other than manually changing volume or track?

We are having a hard time replicating this Ken - is a series of reboots does not clear it - please send us a log file by selecting Help, Send Support Request in the app

Hi Ken, same setting but I do not see this on my M10, os 3.16.2.

Thanks for sharing your observation.
After rebooting, the problem disappeared when playing Paradise Radio with the BluOS Controller.
However, the problem remains when using the Tidal App with Tidal Connect, even after closing the desktop Tidal App.

Tried only with Spotify free. Will check from here also with Tidal hifi plus using Tidal connect. Brb.
With your added details I could replicate the issue when streaming from Tidal connect, resulting in a lit up screen for ever new track in the queue. Not from playing Tidal using the BluOS controller though. So, most likely a glitch in the Tidal connect-ivity. Hope somebody from the dev team will spot this as well. :)

Thanks for verifying!
I thought that I had the same issue with Radio Paradise as well, but I did not double check to confirm before rebooting. And that is not a problem after rebooting.

Thanks, Tony.
I just rebooted and encountered the same problem. Note that this problem only surfaces when using the desktop Windows Tidal app with Tidal Connect. It is not a problem when using Tidal with the BluOS Controller. The M10 is of the first edition, not v2.
