    Hi Ray

Review your subwoofer documentation to adjust the phase setting to keep your sub in sync.

I figured out that when you change playlists even within the same Music app like spotify or Amazon it starts to get out of sync. Spotify seems to automatically creep out of sync after a few minutes whereas Amazon stays in sync until you change playlists... Very weird

Same for me. Spotify play Will get out of sync subwoofer after a few seconds. If I connect via chromecast and tv it works.

    Something is wrong.

I kept having sync issues when I had both a wired sub plugged into the soundbar and a wireless sub paired to the same soundbar.  I unplugged the wired sub and my sync issues disappeared.  I placed the wireless sub against a corner of the room to amplify the bass it produces and found that it is adequate to replace the wired + wireless bass (not the same...but much better than having to contend with almost constant out-of-sync subs).  I would think that for a nearly $2K setup, you'd be able to wire a sub + have a wireless sub and the software would be able to figure itself out and keep everything in synch...but my programming days are over and apparently firmware doesn't work the same way as it used to...so it appears that you can only have a wired sub OR a wireless sub, but not both...
