    Hi Frank

You are correct - the source of your problem is in the Apple Home App as that will trump all other names you give it. You must rename the Player in Apple Home. In Apple Home, tap the AirPlay Speaker and hit the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom right of the speaker pop up. Select Room and either select from the scroll wheel menu or 'Create New'.

If problems persist, please contact Apple Support.

O, yes! Sounds simple but even that does not work! Do you mean that we have to give the NAD a new name? I change the room name but the Bluesound has obviously logged the historic name somewhere so do I have to delete the Bluos App? Cheers Rod

Sure, contacted Apple Support and they took a look and said it must be something with the NAD as for some reason Apple Home APP thinks NAD is off when it is on! Cheers Rod

One other thing. It is not a problem to Airplay to the NAD. HTH Rod
