    Hi Dajon

Audio Dropouts are caused by network interruptions. Please see www.bluesound.com/network101 for some great tips.

I have no trouble with other device with my wifi network. The 2 pulse mini work fine if i use them alone without node. The node is the nearest device from the router (5 m). So please give me another answer

The Blue / Green alternating of the LED is showing a WiFi issue, try powercycling your Router, then when it’s back up and running your Bluesound devices but you will need to follow the troubleshooting tips posted above by Tony.

Also don’t use the line line for your smartphone with Amazon HD, just add the login credentials to the Bluesound app and use it from there.

Thanks, il saw trouble listing but no works more...

1 - when i launch bluesound app i have a notification : grouped player connection failed, i clic OK. Is it normal ?

2 - Amazon on blueos and earphone connected to the node, it is ok. No dropouts, no disconnexion, all fine (the node is very near the router)

3 - if i group node and the 2 pulse, failed : disconnexion and dropouts.

4 - if i put off the node, with the app blueos on my smartphone and domestic wifi it's ok with amazon (non HD), spotify etc.. the 2 appared Pulse works fine

4 - With the app amazon i can set HD option. How can i know if HD option is actived on blueOS ?

1&3. means wireless / Router issues - you may want to try powering off your router for a few minutes, then when it’s back up and working reboot your Bluesound devices to see if that helps.

    4. BlueOs will automatically use the subscription you have without any settings being made. So if you have Amazon Music HD that is what you will get.

Ok, now it seems to work, no disconnexion BUT i don't understand why i have no sound with the speakers pulse when i connect my phone to the node with jack connexion. I can ear the music with earphone connected to the node but nothing on the 2 pulses. If i listen music with wireless connexion with or whitout the node no difference.

I have the impression that the node is not useful ! what is it for ? I can listen music on my pulse directly with the app blueos. If i group node and pulse i can only set the nivel of the sound with the pulse, nothing happen with the node nivel of the sound ???

The NODE is designed to connect to an amplifier that had loudspeakers attached, you can also connect the NODE to an external DAC and then to an amplifier.

Do you mean that i can't listen music from any analogic source (tablet, smartphone, old ampli analogic etc and jack connexion) with my NODE con pulse mini connected, appaired by wifi ?

No, that’s not what I said. You can do that ^^^ and you can also use the line-in on the Mini.

I followed your recommandations. I connected the node to the network with ethernet connexion then group the 2 pulse speakers then appared the node with the group speakers. It works. Never mind, there is a big difference quality between amazon HD app and Bluesound app. The quality is good, really HD when i connect the smartphone to the node with jack cable. If i use the app bluesound and the login amazon music, i ear the same quality like spotify that means not HD...

But if i line off the ethernet connexion and use the node with wifi connexion, it failed. no sound or dropouts. What's happen ??? Remember that the node is very near the router and i see in my router that the signal of the node is poor. The signal of each pulse is excellent. Does that mean there is a problem with the anten wifi of the node for example ?

Sorry to come back with this issue but i wrote to the support with request (254245) but since 21 decembre where i said this above Vishnu M BluOS Support Crew Analyst don't contest...

I had already read theses articles you are telling me about since weeks.
The node is about 4 m from the router (LED blue), the first player is 8 m away with a -44 dbm signal and the second pulse at 12 m with -49 dbm.
I received this node 2 last summer and it never works well. The seller told me it was new, model 2021 in exchange for a node that no longer worked due to a capacitor (condensateur) failure.
What can i do more ? It seems to be an hard issue, no ?
I join in attachment serial number.
    Regards.
    Jean-Luc
