3.16.1 Renders Device Unusable
AnsweredAfter "upgrading" to 3.16.1 I'm having dropouts in signal every 10 seconds or so. I've unplugged and replugged everything, done a full factory reset, etc. I've submitted a report to support and haven't received a response. There are multiple mentions of this across the internet, and Bluesound seems to be just reciting their stock advice to everyone and continuing to update players. When are they going to acknowledge this is a serious bug?

Our Support Crew will be in touch. The vast majority of the issues you are describing have been resolved by rebooting your router, waiting 5 minutes then rebooting your player, waiting 5 more minutes then enjoying.

Unfortunately that hasn't worked for me, or any of the people on Reddit, or any of the people who commented in another thread here, but was unfortunately closed before anyone else could chime in.
