Residual voltage of 94V AC between Earth and any RCA ground connector of my Vault 2
AnsweredI've made a measurement and have a residual voltage of 94 volts AC between ground of every RCA connector of my Bluesound Vault 2, and earth.
Is it normal ?
I live in Spain - voltage is 230 V.
It causes a small discharge that I can feel in my skin every time I try to connect the digital or analog cables from the BlueSound Vault 2 to any other equipment.
This is quite disturbing -I don't know whether that would be harmfull for the other equipments, or to the quality of the sound, and anoying - it hurts!
Thank you for your opinion.

This is not normal!
Please work with your dealer to confirm you do not have an issue with your VAULT. -
Tony, thanks for your answer.
The problem is that I bought it 3 years ago, through Amazon...
I have contacted the seller through Amazon, but I'd really appreciate to know whether there were anything else I can do in the meanwhile and before having to pay for a repair.

Your VAULT has a floating ground and doesn't have the provision to connect the signal ground or other chassis grounds.
It is probably best to contact your DAC or Amplifier manufacturer's support directly to find out how to connect a dedicated ground to your amplifier.
You can also try an isolated AC powerbar equipped with a varistor.
