No internet connection
AnsweredMy pulse mini will not connect to the internet, I go though all the procedures then it immediately drops off. Tried several times including a reset to no avail. This has occurred since I didn’t use it for a few months. I have updated it via Ethernet. I have 2 pulse mini 1 speakers, the other one is used as a tv speaker. Neither of these speakers have worked wrt connecting to my music library on a Mac OS laptop/iPad iOS since I transferred music to an external ssd drive despite numerous attempts.

Reboot your router - wait 5 minutes, reboot your Player. Wait 5 minutes then try. If problems persist, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com with the make and model of your router and any other networking hardware such as wireless repeaters you are running.
