    Reboot your router - wait 5 minutes, reboot your Player. Wait 5 minutes then try. If problems persist, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com with the make and model of your router and any other networking hardware such as wireless repeaters you are running. Our Support Crew can then provide some 1:1 troubleshooting specific to your environment.
