    Hi R.B.

Just keeping up to date on the latest compliance requirements and platform updates by ROON Labs. This should not affect the audio performance in any way. They will be happy to explain in detail why this change was requested.

Can you please let me know from where can I download the previous firmware and steps to upload it on my BluSound Powernode device?

I am not happy with the new firmware upgrade which actually seems like a downgrade considering the issues with HDMI Arc input switching and lags etc..

    Hi Suparn

Please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew can help resolve any issues you are encountering. HDMI lag is usually resolved be removing and reconnecting all cables, then a full power cycle of all equipment.

    Hi Tony,

Roon said this change was not requested and have informed both yourselves and NAD that the "Analog Amplifier" in their signal path should now show and they have not changed anything in their software or requirements to warrant this additional step displayed.

    Looking forward to your comments.

    Hi Tony,

Been a while and wonder why this has still not changed?

Roon are saying this up to you guys to sort out.

    Cheers.

    Hi Tony,

I have the same problem. I have a m33. It says that the amplifier is "Enhanced". Roon said they reached out to you guys. Have you been picking this up already? See https://community.roonlabs.com/t/signal-path-changed-for-nad-m33-after-bluos-3-16-1/178398

    Hi all,

We’ve confirmed with NAD that nothing has changed with the audio processing on the device. We’re reaching out to them in order to have them change the “Analog Amplifier” element to appear as “lossless”.

I noticed this has come back after the recent firmware update. Any chance we could get an updated comment from the team on whether or not this is something in the pipeline to be corrected?
