couldn't load settings
The BluOS app on my Ipbhone when I press settings registers "couldn't load settings". It was setup about a year and a half ago and worked well initially then stopped working though nothing was changed to my knowledge. I followed the instructions on your posting, disconnecting the power, making an ethernet connection to the router and powering on with blue indicator, but still got couldn't load settings. Thanks for your help. This is for the Node 2i

I had the exact same problem. Couldn't find the player and no player popped up after restarting. So I have to add a new player. Now I'm not getting past the 'change WiFi to the hotspot' screen. Did make my phone forget the first Node Network, restarted again... restarterd my phone.. nothing... Changed WiFi - network (i have several).. no luck and worse.. no music!
Very frustrating

Did you, as suggested by Seppi, reboot the router and follow the rest of the procedure?
If that did not work, connecting the device directly to the router with an ethernet cable should help setting up the configuration.

I did reset the whole lot.. router, Node, iPhone...
Tried connecting to the router aswell.

Best send an email with details about your setup to support (blue button on the lower right on this page).

I'm got this issue as well now. Just playing some music and it stopped. Can't see anything, couldn't load settings, message. Tried powering off and on as above but nothing. The blue light is on.

HI Ray
If your music stops and you cannot see settings in the App, your network router is having an issue. Please check your Internet Router.

Nothing wrong with the router, it is working fine. Would the blue light be on if the router was playing up?

OK, powering off the iPad seems to have fixed it. Never happened before.

The issue is back again, getting a bit tiresome, having to do this every few days.
