Pulse Sub drop out
My Pulse Sub keeps dropping out. I have to unplug the power and replug it back in to get it to come back on. It's a wired ethernet setup, not Wi-Fi. it's linked to an existing Blue OS player also set up wired. The Blue OS player doesn't drop out. Music source is a Roon Nucleus+. Network is an Eero
Any suggestion to fix this?

Best to log a support call so Bluesound can see the logs.
Whilst wired, do you connect back to your router or an Eero node? If an Eero node try temporarily connecting your Bluesound devices to your router.
