Subwoofer config (NOT Bluesound sub)
AnsweredJust returned the embarrassingly bad Pulse Wireless Sub. I can't find any other comments or posts about alternative configs. Ideally I would be able to use an existing subwoofer I have with my Pulse 2i and Pulse Flex 2i's (2). Are there any options other than the Bluesound sub hardware? The Pulse Sub Wireless High Res Sub is beyond awful so I'm kinda burned on anything that isn't a "player" from Bluesound. Love my flex speakers and my Node 2i so I'm a Bluesound fan. I was shocked at how bad the Sub was. Especially at that crazy price for something that puts out SO little sound. Anyway, this isn't a bitch session. I only mention it because I don't want to go over anything with a different BlueSound bass device. I'm looking for options, if they exist, at pairing a conventional sub with my Flex/Pulse speakers. Thanks.

Hi Kevin
Late last year we discontinued the PULSE SUB (and RT100) over similar concerns from our user community. Have you seen the new PULSE SUB+ we launched earlier this year?
The PULSE SUB+ connects to your home network and does not have the same per Player limitations as the PULSE SUB did. Please see; https://support1.bluesound.com/hc/en-us/articles/360056643913 -
Has anyone used two RT100's to do the above config? I do have a Node 2i but it's in storage while we build a house. I have the Pulse 2i and Flex 2i speakers. Looking at the back of both there doesn't seem to be any options for the RT device. Just headphones out.

Tony W., does the Sub+ have the same issue as the Sub. I got this and returned it the same day. Absolutely garbage so if the Sub+ is a SIGNIFICANT improvement in volume/density I may give it a shot but I'm not interested if the sound quality is even in the same conversation.
