Player is disappears from iPhone frequently
AnsweredMy player is dispersed from my iOS App randomly. Then my iPhone iOS app doesn’t show anything. While at the same time my iPad shows the player. It’s seem that player is connected to internet, because at the same time I can run Presents, using Bluesound remote. However, in order to use iPhone app, I have to wait a long time until player is shown again. Or I should reboot the NODE. This happens very frequently and it’s very annoying. I noticed when I move around the house, and go to father distant from the player this issue happens more frequently. I factory reset my iPhone but it didn’t help. I contacted support almost 10 days ago and they didn’t answer me! Interesting!

Apologies for the inconvenience. I do not see a ticket generate under your account from 10 days ago, so I believe your email (or send support request) may not have completely gone through.
Please email support@bluesound.com with the model and iOS version of your iPhone and iPad so they may look into your issue more closely.
