Pulse 2i mini stays in upgrade mode (flashing red LED)
AnsweredHi,
From an earlier ticket I have followed the instructions to reset the network router's cached addresses.
The make and model of your main network router
BT Smart Hub 2. Firmware version:v0.27.07.07281-BTFirmware version:v0.27.07.07281-BTFirmware version:v0.27.07.07281-BTFirmware v0.27.07.07281-BTv0.27.07.07281-BT
- If your router is provided by your Internet Service Provider, the ISP Name and your country or region
BT United Kingdom
- If you have a wireless extender or bridge the Player is connected to, those devices' make and model number
Google Nest (but the player does not connect via that network)
- The make, model and operating system version of your smart device? This can be located by going to Settings > About on most phones or tablets.
OnePlus Nord CE 5G, Android 11 and Windows 10 desktop app.
Please advise.

Hi Matthew
If your PULSE MINI is flashing red, this is a different error than solid red. Flashing Read indicates your amplifier is in Protect Mode and unable to start. Please leave the PULSE MINI unplugged from the wall for 24 hours for the amplifier to fully cool. Then try to restart it. If it remains flashing red or returns to flashing red, please e-mail us at support@bluesound.com so we can investigate service options for you in your region.
