Powernode 2021 Popping noise in speakers changing presets, constant hiss.

Hi

I am new to the Powernode and have setup my unit its the 2021 model.

I have put some presets on the buttons on top 1/ Tune in station 2/Amazon Music 3/Hdmi in etc

When selecting between these items  briefly before they start I get a pop noise from the speaker is this normal?  I can also replicate it pressing pause and play quick.

Also I have noticed my speakers tweeter emit a hissing sound that doesn't change with volume its a contact hiss on every input that I can here about a foot away from the tweeter.

That normal too? the hiss goes once its in standby.

  I believe these are two separate issues (not directly related to each other) and would be best to reach out to the support crew via Help > Send Support Request so the support crew may look at both of these in detail.
