    Hi Kevin

    Please reboot your router. If problems persist, please check your router DNS Servers provided by your ISP. Try a universal DNS Server such as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 provided by Google or 1.1.1.1 provided by Cloudflare.

    Did this get solved? I have been dealing with same problem in Ubiquiti network. Everything should be fine, default DNS is 8.8.8.8. I've been updating manually for the past months. Same message on desktop app, android and ios.

    Hi Riku

    This is a localised environment issue - meaning it is a problem with your Internet Gateway - rebooting your router then waiting 5 minutes and rebooting your Player should resolve the issue.
