    If replacing your connector cables does not resolve the issue, please select Help, Send Support Request in the App so our Support Crew may provide 1:1 troubleshooting for you. In your Brief Description field also report if the problem happens across both Analogue (RCA) and Digital or only in Digital. Also, indicate the type of digital connection being used (COAX or TOSLink).

    Changing the cables had marginal improvements. Still have a lot of distortions at high volumes from the node.
    I am using RCA between node and amp. Haven't tried digital out yet. Submitted the support request.

    Would be worthwhile trying another input on your Onkyo and if you have headphones trying the socket on the front of the anode to see if the distortion is there.

    Thank you for that tip Seppi. I was able to localize the problem to a specific audio input on my receiver. Switching to another solved the problem.
