Sleep Timer Killed off by updated BluOS
AnsweredSo, I have been re-requesting help with the same issue for over 6 months. I have a NAD 368 integrated amp with BluOS. The base NAD unit does not have a sleep timer, however the BluOS portion did. This worked great from the BluOS controller app. When BluOS updated last fall (2020), the sleep timer no longer controls the unit. It now just counts down and the system keeps playing. Each time I contact support, I get the try these several things, that I have already done, followed by a response that says they have duplicated the issue. They, I am told that they don't know when it might be corrected, and they mark the issue as solved. I would really like the feature back. It even lowered the volume prior to stopping at the end of the timer.

Apologies for the inconvenience Robert. We have replicated the bug in our labs and the BluOS Dev team will be looking into this in a future firmware update.

Thanks for responding Sam. Just to be clear, this is the same response I have been getting for over 6 months.

I have exactly the same problem with my NAD t 787 with build In Blue sound module. However if I pair it with one of my other Bluesound units ,- Flex the count down timer actually works on both the small Flex and the T787...
