Vault 2i suddenly rips all CDs as "Unknown CD"
AnsweredI've been successfully ripping a lot of CDs recently with no issues.
Yesterday, my router had its power removed, and restored a few hours later (The Vault 2i itself did not lose power). I do not know if this is related to my problem, or just a coincidence.
Now, when I rip any CD, it comes up as an "Unknown CD". Even if I try to re-rip a CD that previously ripped successfully, it shows as an "Unknown CD".
I have verified the Vault 2i seems to be able to access the Internet. Re-indexing did not help. I also tried hard-rebooting by removing power from the Vault 2i and rebooting that way - this did not help either.
I tried sending in a support request earlier today, but never received an acknowledgement that I submitted an issue. For now, I am dead in the water as I don't want to rip CDs with all of them coming up as "Unknown" with no track titles or anything.
What else can I try to identify or fix the problem?

Edit: we've gotten a number of similar reports for BluOS-enabled CD rippers (VAULT series, M50.2, etc). At this time, it looks like the servers used to look up the metadata for CDs are currently facing some issues. We are working with our partners into this and will keep you posted with updates on this thread.
Edit 2: it appears that the outage has been resolved and the server should be back up. CD ripping should now grab the metadata as usual. Thank you all for your patience in this matter

I just tried power cycling the router, but still have the problem. I am going to send a report to the email address above.
