Node Outputs Concurrently Hot?

Hello; I’m close to purchasing a new Node but have a rather specific question and use case. I have separate home theatre (5.1 HT) and one 2-channel amplifier (dedicated music) in use. I’d like to send audio through the node via HDMI audio and have it output audio to both amplifiers. 

Home Theatre = Coax
2-Channel Amp = RCA

Are these outputs all hot? Of does having one output used automatically turn off the output on the others?
