Node 2 turns on red and no reaction at all.Reset not possible. Looks it’s dead. What to do ?

My Node 2 suddenly is not reacting at all anymore. Red light Burns continually and reset does not react as well. Looks the Node is dead. What to do ? It is not even 3 years in use.
